This week we are roasting Thursday, not Wednesday
The green delivery ran a day late out of Houston, so the roast moves to Thursday morning. Orders placed before Wednesday midnight still ship Friday — nothing changes on your end.

We roast in small batches on a 1950s drum roaster, bag it the same afternoon, and ship it the next morning. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Ozark Morning is back
The washed Ethiopian is back on the shelf after four months away. Same producer, same washing station, a slightly later harvest, so it is a shade rounder than last time. Still the brightest thing we sell.
The tasting table now runs on Saturdays too
We have been running one session a week and turning people away, so there is now a Saturday afternoon sitting as well. Six seats, same format.
